Birjoo Mehta from Mumbai is one of Guruji's Senior Teachers and is widely loved for his faithful and sensitive approach. We were delighted and honoured to have Birjoo visit Sheffield for the first time to teach in our centre.
These events were being jointly organised by the Yoga Centre and SADIYA (Sheffield and District Iyengar Yoga Association) who work in partnership to promote Iyengar yoga in Sheffield.
