First Saturday Workshop with John Claxton
John has been teaching Yoga for 34 years. After nine years teaching in London he moved to Norfolk in 1983 to set up the Norfolk Iyengar Yoga Centre, running residential weekends and local classes for over twenty years. Having recently sold the Centre, he still teaches there but has more time to visit other centres around the country. He is known for his deep knowledge of anatomy.

SADIYA Yoga Day with Sue Lovell
Sue holds a Junior Intermediate Level III Iyengar teaching certificate and has been practising yoga for 16 years. She has a studio in Buxton where she regularly runs workshops with visiting teachers as well as offering her own regular classes.

Jayne, a senior teacher, trainer and moderator from Birmingham, is
