First Saturday Workshop and Weekend Week-end workshop with Annie Ciekanski

This popular international workshop teacher is on a return visit having just spent a month at the Iyengar Institute in Pune, where for many years she assisted the Iyengar family in general and medical classes.

Suitable for those with over 6 months experience of Iyengar yoga.

Easter Saturday Workshop with Frances Homewood

Frances runs the Centre and has many years’ experience teaching yoga at all levels, including therapeutic yoga.

This workshop will be enjoyed by those at all levels of experience.
