SADIYA Yoga Day with Alan Brown

Alan Brown is a very experienced Senior teacher from North Yorkshire and a regular visiting teacher at the SYC. He brings his deep understanding of yoga and philosophy to his teaching.

Suitable for all except complete beginners

Junior Intermedate Yoga Workshop with Alan Brown

This workshop is the first of four workshops that Alan is running - two in Sheffield and two is Cowling.
These workshops are open to all teachers whether they are preparing for the Junior Intermediate assessment in March 2011 or not. Priority will be given to those going in for their assessments.
Places are limited to 12 participants, so please book early to avoid disappointment.

Suitable for Iyengar teachers only
