Workshops at Silverdale School (Sheffield)
Pascale runs some regular workshops at Silverdale School on Saturday mornings - usually at least once a term. Unless specified otherwise these workshops are opened to all students attending the classes in Silverdale or to students with a least a few months of Iyengar yoga experience. Please ask if unsure.

Beginners Yoga workshop with Pascale Vacher All equipment will be provided, but, if you have your own props (such as mat, blocks, belt, bolster and blanket) and can easily transport them, please bring them with you on the day. It is suitable to all beginners with at least a few months of experience of Iyengar yoga or who regularly attend the classes in Silverdale School. Please ask if unsure. 'Eternal beginners' and more experienced students are most welcome too! |

Intermediate Yoga workshops with Marios Argiros Marios runs regular and very popular weekend Intermediate yoga workshops in the Peak District. The workshops take place in Greenfields Farm (Alport near Bakewell, Derbyshire, DE45 1LJ). Click here for directions. These workshops are suitable for Iyengar yoga teachers, trainee teachers and students of Intermediate level.
