Regular Classes at the Sheffield Yoga Centre

All courses are for 10 weeks - autumn, winter, spring, summer (unless otherwise stated). The cost depends on the duration of the class and concessions and drop in rates are available in some classes.
Given the limits on numbers, it is advisable to book ahead.
